Easter Egg Rolling

Easter Egg Rolling - a traditional Easter activity. In America the president invites children to roll their eggs on the White House lawn. The have to use wooden spoons to help their eggs along as they are rolling on the flat.

In England we roll our eggs down hill. These children decorate hard boiled eggs to roll down the hill.

But what if we wanted to roll chocolate Easter Eggs down a hill. What sort of egg would go the furthest? Think like a Scientist and investigate what sort of chocolate Easter Eggs roll the furthest. We will investigate in class over the next few days. We will take photos and videos and in groups we will make some google presentations.

Watch this space - we will post our presentations and our results as soon as we have found out which sort of Easter Egg rolls the furthest!
